Clint Lanning, President
Clint received his degree in Business Administration from Ball State University and is a
graduate of the Cincinnati Insurance Company’s School for Commercial Insurance. Early
in his career he was an independent retail agent, responsible for producing small to mid
sized commercial accounts as well as group benefits. He is a past member of the board of
directors for the Muncie Junior Chamber of Commerce. Clint specializes in commercial
property and liability risk.

Polly Minard, Account Executive
Polly has had more than 25 years experience as a CSR, working as a claims
representative and marketing representative in both personal and commercial lines. She
joined Indiana Surplus in 2003 and specializes in commercial property and liability risks.

Leslie Webster, Accounting and Financial Officer
Leslie graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BA in economics. Her career
began in the banking industry where she worked as a credit analyst for a large east coast
bank, and later achieved the title Credit Officer. She moved to Indiana and in 2004 joined
Indiana Surplus to take over its financial matters.
